Welcome to the Resource Land Use Permit Management System.
Aleutians East Borough Municipal Code requires land use permits for the following activities occuring within the Borough boundaries, excluding most municipal lands:
The purpose of the permitting program is to develop responsible resource use or extraction opportunities that will create local jobs and revenue while protecting community values and the environment.
In order to monitor, track, and store land use permit applications, issued permits, and complaints, the AEB has created this web-based database. If you have specific questions on the permitting program or this database, please contact the Borough Clerk/Planner Tina Anderson at tanderson@aeboro.org or call (907) 383-2699.
This web-based database was funded with qualified Outer Continental Shelf oil and gas revenues by the Coastal Impact Assistance Program, Fish and Wildlife Service, U.S. Department of the Interior.
